Update
The survey and recording of all the shut-off valves for
individual home irrigation systems has been completed. All valves
now have GPS co-ordinates held by our management company.
The Condominiums and Villas have a single shut-off valve for each
building but single family homes all have their own individual
valves. The covers for these valves have all been exposed and most
have a red flag placed in the ground adjacent to the valve so that
you can become familiar with the location of your own shut-off valve
in the event that you need to shut off the irrigation water supply
to your property.
Although the location of these valves differ, they are generally
in the area of the domestic water meter and the domestic water ‘back
flow preventer’, 15 to 20 feet from the curb.
